Major interest at that time to build team for the club to participate in Midwest Cricket Conference, Chcago, IL and Midwest Cricket Tournament, Columbus, OH. | During 2002, Under leadership of Jatin Patel, Indianapolis, IN as Captain and Owner of Bouncer XI took part in Columbus, OH based Midwest Cricket Tournament, which they won in their very first year by beating defendning champions ECC in the final. Same years Jatin Patel, Alkesh Patel & Devin Patel started playing for Bears 1st then later joined Chicago CC for Midwest cricket Conference in Chicago. | |
| During 2003, Once again under leadership of Jatin Patel as club Chairman (Coach and Player) GCC Bouncers took part in Midwest Cricket Conference for the first time and win the championship by beating very young and talented IIT Chicago team by 10 wickets in the final. During same year GCC SUN XI took part in Midwest Cricket Conferenece Night Tournament in chicago for the first time and went to Finals. During 2003 GCC USA (Bouncer XI, Bouncers & Sun XI) was sponsored by Bharat Patel - Sun Development, Indianapolis, IN. | Durign 2004 - Jatin Patel, Indianapolis, IN retired from Playing cricket due to Knee injury and established GCC Cricket Acadamy to promote cricket coaching to young cricketers. Where as Other members played cricket Under leadership of Devin Patel - OH and Sanjay I. Patel, IL. GCC USA did not take part as a playing cricket club and backed out from Midwest Crciket Conference before club put their team in action for the first game. Late summer GCC Hosted their cricket coaching camp in Orlando, FL | |
| During 2005 - GCC expanded to include more clubs and members and continued to host cricket Coaching camp in Orlando, FL | |
| During 2007 - GCC expnaded to include more clubs and members from overseas as well as with in USA. Did not host any cricket coaching camp this year but did manage trip to West Indies for ICC world Cup and later members tarvelled to Panama, Aruba and Bermuda as cricket on Vacation. | |
| During 2008 - Hosting summer cricket coaching camp in Orlando, FL and winter coaching camp also planned. Management team is changed to look after GCC for next 4 years with plans to offer scholarships to young cricketers here in USA from 2012 and bring young cricket teams from overseas to USA. New management team will also look forward to launch online cricket coaching during 2008. Also plans to expand GCC in Europe during summer. |
